FAQ

Is it safe to share my API keys with Dragonis ?

Yes, it is safe. Here's why:

  • API keys are not stored on any database for security reasons and are instead saved on your browser cache.

  • HTTPS protocol is used to encrypt HTTP requests end-to-end, ensuring that even if someone intercepts communication between your local network and our server, they will only see encrypted data.

  • The exchange protects you by allowing you to only authorize one IP address/domain name to use the API keys, preventing unauthorized access.

  • The exchange also protects you by allowing you to define whitelisted wallet addresses for withdrawals, preventing unauthorized withdrawals.

What are the supported exchanges ?

Currently, we only support OKX. More exchanges will be supported in the future.

What are the supported token ?

ERC-20 based tokens.

How long it takes for my withdraw to be completed ?
